      Great Working Environment but Ugly Downsides

      Pros

      - Good city centre location - Well known respectable clients - Regular socials - Good office vibe and culture

      Cons

      - Promised a lot but it's very disorganized and not followed through with, which in turn makes employees feel undervalued. - Pay isn't at market rate which still can't be offset by the culture - Opportunities to progress in certain departments are limited

      Good place to work for a while

      Pros

      Fun culture with the opportunity to work with some talented people and learn a lot. Large clients so you gain experience of working on big builds. Good pension scheme with benefits such as health care.

      Cons

      Pay substantially lower than market rates!! Projects can get very repetitive with lots of large web builds going on. Work doesn't tend to be very creatively innovative and the atmosphere can feel chaotic a lot of the time.
