    Pros

almost everything about this place is now either bank-like or headed in that way. There's little difference except banks have more products and services. Big company mentality. Big company managers. No outside the box thinking here.

    Cons

Impossible to get a promotion unless you are a political ninja who cosies up to the people of influence. Processes suck. Company is focused on the bank application and nothing else. Meh!!! Kind sucks all around.

    Advice to Management

Remember the members, its them we want to impress. Trust employees, they know more about what's going wrong and how to fix it.

I have been working at Coast Capital Savings full-time

    Pros

People are friendly. Great work like balance compared favourably with Government jobs for pay, which is good and hours which are low. Nic working environment.

    Cons

Company is behind the times. People are largely complainers and slackers. Leadership team is full of politicians with no industry experience and no bold vision. new ceo appears to have spent career in Risk jobs only and it shows.

    Advice to Management

Need a complete reboot of this place. People, strategy, leadership, and culture all have to change.
