Great culture, team focused company. Very supportive of personal life.

There is a lot of extra work, evenings, weekends because the clients are supported with continuing education.

I like the way they educate the Dentists on their products. Trainers were very professional.
Cons
Bad work environment! Some of the employees belittle and micromanage each other, especially at the sales department. They also gossip and create a bad work environment, discussing political matters and ethnic groups. This company is dealing in the dental field where you tend to see many different ethnic groups...sad to see that they have no filter when it comes to some employees (not all employees were bad). Very toxic work environment! In my opinion, HR does not seem to care. The owner of the company is actually a nice person but there is something wrong with the work environment.
