I worked at Cleo Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great people and leadership. It feels like an open-door policy. No one is "too big" or has a major ego... excellent place to learn and get into software.

    Cons

Visibility into your own development. At times, I had no idea what my leadership team thought of me - even though I had a great time at the organization!

I have been working at Cleo Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good people, open culture. Lots of activities for employees are arranged

    Cons

Here, we have to take calls with US customers at home after we go back from work. This makes you feel like your evenings aren't free.

I worked at Cleo Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - I had direct relationships with everyone in leadership/C-suite and these relationships had an incredible impact on my career and growth - Great Managers/Supervisors who align with you and your goals - Ability to get promoted quickly with competitive pay - valuable Saas/Solution sales experience - Office culture is very genuine, fun, and supportive - Cleo rewards grit and toughness; so if you are hungry, a great teammate, and a leader then you will be taken care of

    Cons

This isn't a con for me but Cleo is a fast growing, private software company. This means you have a lot of responsibility and will have to figure things out of your own. If you want a 9-5 where people schedule your day for you and tell you what to do, this is not the place for you.

I have been working at Cleo Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company is innovative! We are like a large growing family and everyone has a voice. The management team is very open, and this starts with the great direction from our CEO.

    Cons

Growing fast, we need staff to catch up with our growth.

I have been working at Cleo Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A gem of a company, unlike any other tech firm I've been with -- and I've worked a good number of places so my comparisons are based in experience. Cleo's culture is centered on the idea of appreciation, and the leadership and employees genuinely embrace that idea with customers, partners, communities, and each other every day. No big egos here, just a positive-minded, service-to-others workplace where collaboration happens naturally. Plus, Cleo is growing because it makes something the world needs: very purposeful software for ecosystem integration, for helping companies compete in the age of the cloud. I learn new things every day!

    Cons

The pace is very fast, which everyone here likes and thrives on, but if that's not for you Cleo could be a struggle.

    I worked at Cleo Communications

    Pros

Terrible place to work. Avoid it at all costs.

    Cons

Management is awful. You work long hours for not much pay. Zero growth and learning opportunities. Terrible location. Boys club.

I worked at Cleo Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Relatively fun company to work for Good engineering talent and teammates Company has good diversity Great perks & benefits

    Cons

Creatively bankrupt, Cleo has seemingly been chasing successful companies its entire existence. Felt like just about every decision leadership ever handed down was simply a reaction to something a competitor had had success with. They were late to cloud, late to agile, late to microservices, and they rushed into every one of them with reckless abandon. The company has become a bizarre game of pick-up sticks as a result where no one knows enough details to justify the actions of any other team and all of them keep to themselves to do whatever they think is right instead. If you're the type that doesn't really care about office politics and are happy to just keep your head down, do your work, and not ask questions; then the benefits are worth it and I'd recommend working here. Otherwise I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I worked at Cleo Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company was really investing in talent, excellent opportunities to flourish and plenty of training material.

    Cons

Occasionally felt a little isolated from the main business based in the USA.

I worked at Cleo Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

New office looked nice but didn't have many happy folks working for them in building.

    Cons

This is not a good place to work. They don't have senior leaders that take charge, or are there on merit...best buddies. Not much in the way of new technology coming out or that works and no long term directions. On the sales side of things you wont make money unless you have assigned existing accounts and have access to up sell them. Partner program doesnt work, they hate Cleo since they screwed them and wont work with partners and the typically have no clue on how you get paid. Upper management in Sales needs to go.....they change direction every few weeks, dont support the staff and often lie to customers about the product , pricing and support. Don't waste your time working here ... Cleo's once good name is fading. CEO should leave if he can't sell out.

I have been working at Cleo Communications full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits, great products and a ton of talented people to work with. The company has grown really fast and really invests in its employees.

    Cons

For a time, the direction of the organization shifted quite a bit and your work tended to be in limbo, but not so much anymore.
