Pros
Clarius makes an excellent product with a lot of potential to improve healthcare, so it's easy to get behind the company and its mission. The culture there is amazing. Everyone treats each other with respect, regardless of department or role. I never came across any kind of gossip, finger pointing, or disparaging remarks while I was working there.
Cons
I think the pay could be improved.

We're happy to hear that you liked our friendly work environment and flex hours, and took advantage of the outdoor facilities. In our new office, we have added a Health & Wellness Room where you'll find a yoga space, a meditation area, a ping pong table, board games, and even a small climbing wall! We expect this to be a welcome addition during the times when Vancouver weather isn't so great. We understand that our software development department is on the smaller side but we're expecting this to grow in the coming months/years. Thank you again for your feedback and for being a part of our team.
