Pros
The benefits are good. The atmosphere is mainly casual and friendly. There are all sorts of courses for enrichment. The job is stable.
Cons
Some of the employees have the attitude that no effort is required because they will get their pay no matter what. With present cutbacks there appears to be little room for advancement. The literacy skills of some employees is sub-par.
