Good pay, nearly impossible to get fired once you have seniority, good benefits.
Cons
Management is only in that role because they were too apathetic to do anything with their lives and take their unhappiness out on employees. 0 qualifications for the job. Very bureaucratic, costs are wasted in senseless things even though #1 priority is to cut costs but only staff costs.
