Pros
Pretty friendly place to work. Most of the people will help you get started if you are new. And once you know the job the work isnt hard. The foremen and great overall. The work environment isnt very stressfull. They provide safety gear.
Cons
It can be really hard to advance. There isnt a lot of future at the place either with a lot of jobs going to contractors. You will always be judged by the public as a shovel leaner even if you are a hard worker.
