      Pros

      I had good training and a supportive manager. Standard workday hours. You were able to bank additional hours worked to take time off/the day off

      Cons

      office politics, heavy caseload for workers. Its hard to move up in the company. They only offered contract positions. Takes years to become FT permanent

      Good pension, and starting salary. Good benefits. May be hard to move up. Good work-life balance, enough time to spend on a side hobby.

      Cons

      Can be very tedious and slow or boring. Work may not feel satisfying after a couple of months. May be hard to move up.
