I have been working at City of Toronto full-time

    Pros

    flexible work environment
easy work that is simple to do
It is a good working environment as you have a lot of flexibility and the management staff is very nice for the most part. The hours are great.

    Cons

    too easy
    lots of politics
    entitlement
Management is under trained in supervision and also in their technical aspects. There is a high sense of entitlement amongst employees and no push from staff to do better and improve. A lot of people throw one another under the bus .

    Advice to Management

management is not educated enough to hold positions they are in in many situations
