    Getting positioned at a facility of your choice may be challenging depending on circumstances at the other recreation centers.

    Decent pay, good benefits, in scope supervisors seem to know their jobs

    Cons

    Too many managers with no actual experience in the job. Managers higher friends rather than the most qualified. Education of most managers has nothing to do with the job
