They provide meals to employees, employee involvement in facility parties, provide vaccine clinics for employees.

+ No stock plan offerings, bonuses or over-time pay for director level. + Position is salary, working long hours beyond standard 40hr/week without additional compensation or recognition. + Executive management is not receptive to change at this facility, unwilling to provide help. + Over-worked management and, at times, toxic environment with negligent nursing staff. + Lack of staff on-boarding training and denial of executive management to provide resources to properly train. + Facility Administrator does not properly discipline staff, continued inappropriate staffing of positions

Where to start. Difficult management - doesn't understand how to operate their business. Wasteful management. Management led by the "bright shiny object" and jerk reacts to that, hiring horrible people with no leadership experience. Management does not listen to industry experts.
