    Pros

    Nothing, some co-workers are nice

    Cons

Bad management, micro management, slave mentality, policies change all the time, you get in trouble for little stupid things, you start as a contract and they will just use you. The board of directors are mommy, daddy and the two sons. What a joke! Comisions are really low, they chase you for sales and you make peanuts out of the sale, they get rid of people from one day to another.

    Advice to Management

Change your mentality, don't take advantage of people, don't be mean, be a leader not a boss, take care of your employees.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Circus World Displays full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Most of the employees are actually pretty great, and smart, and creative

    Cons

    Micro-management
    No trust for employees
BOD can access all video cameras via their cell phones, so you are being monitored 24/7
    Very high turnover rate
Asked upper management to write reviews on this site
Upper management are the only ones who get many benefits the company promotes as perks, like RRSP contributions and additional vacation time
Processes make no sense, and the BOD is very resistant to change
Employees are expected to stay late on a regular basis
The employee education fund has been put in place so they can get current employees to learn how to fill positions of those employees who have quit. They will not pay you to do two jobs, but they will pay for you to learn how to do the second job, and allow you to continue with your new title and twice the work load. As a bonus, they do not have to hire anyone else who will inevitably quit on them

    Advice to Management

    Learn to trust your employees
Better yet, sell the company to someone who knows what they are doing if you ever want to see it succeed

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Circus World Displays full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Potential for graduates to gain experience
    -Improved benefits

    Cons

Extremely high turnover - Senior/Management positions included, in a short period our HR Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, Accounting Manager, Account Manager, Buyer, in addition to many others are no longer with the company.

Constant misuse of employees - When one leaves their tasks go to another. Rather than hiring a skilled replacement, it will be others and even yourself doing tasks outside of your job description to compensate.

Low company morale - Constant negativity from employees daily, both inside and outside of work.

Micro-management - Run by two owners, basic tasks require approval.

Low budget working environment - See building, enough said.

False hope of future opportunities - Manager discussed increased pay during annual review and opportunities in other departments. I was dismissed without cause/any reason 1 month prior to my annual review, do NOT be surprised if the same happens to you.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees for long term growth, the constant turnover will continue to disrupt business and turn off potential job seekers.
