I have been working at Cigna full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good work/home life balance. Decent PTO for starting employees. Work place is generally not too stressful.

    Cons

Pay is on the low side. Health benefits are there, but are very expensive. Work place cubicles are so open that there is zero privacy for doing work that requires focus and concentration. Many temporary contract employees are treated poorly with very low pay.

    Advice to Management

Improve benefits and pay. Cigna's bottom line says this company can afford to be more generous to workers. Promote worthy temporary employees to regular full time status, with benefits. Quit playing favorites.
