      Pros

If you enjoy working with children and their families then this is the organization for you. Its a large organization so you can really move up the ladder if you work hard

      Cons

Lack of resources my department is asked to do so much with little funding. TMHR is the worse, they are very disconnected from the staff they never answer their phones and almost never respond to emails or voice messages. I was underpaid for a whole 6 months and it took them 3 months to reimburse me my salary, while out on disability they never responded to my calls or emails. I had to ask other employees for support.

      Pros

Its always rewarding working with children. My co-workers were cool to work with and my partner and I worked really well together.

      Cons

I hated that we weren't supported by our senior management. Also, because I don't speak Spanish, I didn't get much support by my management, who were all Hispanic.
