Going Down Hill

Pros

For the most part, great people and customers.

Cons

Since being purchased by Procare, company culture has greatly changed from a laid back atmosphere to a corporate machine. Long-time employees are leaving in droves.

The bad reviews got wiped

Pros

A woke company that follows well.

Cons

Management doesn’t do the job of managing. This will hurt you and your career. Unsupervised managers and directors bully and break labor laws. Note- the bad reviews here have been sanitized.

Pros

The majority of the people here are wonderful and genuinely love what they do, and the work itself is meaningful.

Cons

Ever since being acquired by ProCare Solutions, this company has gone downhill. Do not let the old reviews and the current star rating fool you. The CEO listed on the page is not correct anymore -- go look at the ProCare page, and you'll see the low approval rating for the current CEO. Pay raises have been cut (I used to get around 11%, now I get 3% at the most), bonuses were cut completely, and we are now being forced to return to the office for no actual reason, despite the fact that Support has proven with metrics that we are not any more productive in the office than we are working remotely. Upper management has become increasingly more like upper micromanagement. Unnecessary changes left and right, and people who work hard are getting hounded to meet the team average -- even though calculating a team average in the first place means that people will always be below it. It's frustrating to work here, and no matter how many times I speak my mind, nothing is ever done except the opposite of what the team actually wants.
