    Pros

free cable, good health insurance, 401k and Retirement Accumulation Plan.

    Cons

Little to no effort to create a good company culture. Micromanaging. The company doesn't care how long you've been with the company, they aren't invested in their people. Also really unfair policies when it comes to customers.

    Advice to Management

its not managements fault, it goes higher than that.

I worked at Charter Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Free services and management leaves you alone.

    Cons

Things are constantly changing, different role functions, processes, supervisors etc. Leads know more than the Supervisors. Supervisors are clueless. They add more and more to your work load but don't pay you for everything that they require from you. Overtime is mandatory on a whim and if you need to leave they might write you up. Also, Supervisors make employees work over time, however they don't show up. They don't care about their employees only the bottom line. They used to give out bonuses for performance but took that away so there is no real incentive to go beyond what is expected.
