    If you want to work in the corporate world then this is the right path for you.

    Cons

    This is a call center position for at least two years. Probably longer. Plenty of opportunities for bonuses but if you don't like working the phones then look else where

    you have to stay in your position for 18 months before you can apply for something else. most postions in Texas are call center based unless you're in a branch

    -Is a call center. Have goals you have to hit that seem to increase every quarter. -Short staffed with high expectations making it stressful with a high turnover rate.
