I have been working at Ceridian full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-> Good Salary for the work life balance you get (actual $ per hour value is high) -> Unlimited vacation isn't as bad as the internet says it is if your manager is good (yes you get good stress free time off) -> Understanding co-workers and management -> Fosters learning. Taking the time to learn the architecture and develop independently isn't shot down like it is at some bigger companies.

    Cons

-> Some legacy Tech -> Sometimes getting information from management takes a bit of digging -> Resources aren't always advertised. Things like employee discounts on tech, fitness subsidy, ceridian cares but if you dig you'll find

I have been working at Ceridian full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The coworkers are okay Benefits are so so

    Cons

The issue is that the management team at all levels have their favourite ppl or clique and once you become part of the management clique they get to slack off with the management team and get away with murder ...... they say the have the work / life balance but they actually don’t ..... they work you like dogs and have you on timers and if your taking too long to assist a client which they think rack call shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes than they start to send you pop up messages to say you have been on the call this many minutes and than log in to listen to your call to assure it’s work related conversation with the client ..... no matter how long you have been their they don’t care as your just a number for them . The turn over is so high that employee’s are underpaid and management never appreciate the employee’s feedback and constructive feedback on change as its their way or the highway ..... management treat their staff like low class citizens as they never appreciate them and their work ethics.... Ceridian doesn’t have any good work ethics towards their employees ..... they only give the management team the massive increases and not even give their employees the maximum of the higher end of cost of living increases .... I wouldn’t refer anybody to them as they treat their employees and customers like poo

    I worked at Ceridian full-time

    Pros

    The salary offered+ remote capabilities

    Cons

ZERO work life balance. They pay you to own you. Complete opposite of their motto-"makes work life better ". No support from upper management within marketing. Lack of employee empowerment. Offer unlimited vacation days knowing that one is frowned upon for taking vacations. Not a progressive working environment. Narcissistic leadership. All that glitters in the HR process is not gold.

I have been working at Ceridian full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It really feels like upper management wants to do right by us and there's a huge focus on having a positive work environment. Great company culture. Great work life balance. I've never once been expected to work overtime and I have been able to take time off whenever I want. Fairly competitive pay and benefits. It's possible to work 100% remote.

    Cons

Salaries could be higher. Different offices have different amenities and smaller offices feel like they have much less.

I have been working at Ceridian full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company is doing very well and always growing Flexible PTO is just as it sounds. Combined with Take 2 and WFH, work life balance is very good Flexible benefits plan is more intuitive than a 1 size fits all Company is in a transition period with technology and new technologies are right around the corner

    Cons

Although in a transition period when it comes to technology, for the next few years there's still a ton of legacy support needed, making support and development harder overall. For a company that advertises great benefits, it is average/below average when it comes to competing with modern software companies. Flexible benefits plan could be more flexible. Great 1st step in getting rid of 1 size fits all, but the options are too radically different. Going to the 4th level to get eye care coverage when that's all I need is a waste. No onsite gym. They counter this by giving a $200 fitness reimbursement but compared to some office jobs that have an onsite gym + free fitness/yoga classes this covers very little.
