    Pros

Excellent management with clear vision that is transmitted across the company. Attainable goals and objectives. Most of the personnel are willing to collaborate.

    Cons

The company is leaving Canada as result of the Oil and Gas price slump. There is a huge job incertitude.

    Advice to Management

Make sure all employees are onboard with the Change Management initiatives. Employees and contractors require clear updates on the sale of the firm.

    Pros

International, possible exposure across the businesses

    Cons

Doesn't provide the professional development and support I would have liked

    Pros

Big improvement in asset base when they made a couple of acquisitions. Previous assets had them floundering even when commodity prices were strong. Large partnered investment allowed them to grow the company thru acquisition quicker than they would have been able to otherwise.

    Cons

Worst leadership I have seen in over 20 years in the industry. Operations Leadership were castaways from other companies before the industry starting any layoffs. Friendships before ability and intimidation is the management style of Operations. Paranoia rules the day as low skilled Operations leadership control communication channels as they try to re-invent the wheel. At least they are trying but poor skill sets and execution rule the day.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade in Canadian leadership is needed.
