    Pros

Great coworkers, Alliance Data (parent company of parent company) has great benefits though those may change with new sale.

    Cons

Catapult used to be a really great company with a great culture, leadership, and vision. Now: Poor high-level management by Epsilon (Paul Kramer is listed as CEO on glassdoor, but he's no longer with the company; all Catapult senior leadership is gone now). Layoffs every quarter. Completely understaffed on Project Management, Production, and Creative teams. Epsilon is being bundled up for sale on auction mid-2019. Maybe things will improve in a year, or maybe they'll get worse. Hard to know, unsure on vision for the company.

I have been working at Catapult Marketing full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    - Great CEO - Staff is teaming with talented and energetic persons - Good camaraderie among staff (for the most part) - There's virtually nothing this agency won't do to keep a client happy - Good benefits - Welcomes digital visionaries

    Cons

    - Parent company Epsilon struggles to "get" the agency business - Management skills of department heads varies greatly - As a culture, reasonable and unreasonable client requests are treated the same - Can be blind to the impact a toxic client can have on the team and agency

I worked at Catapult Marketing full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Previously smaller agency that was recently bought out by a large parent company (Epsilon) so they are trying to keep an agency culture with all the new corporate restrictions. The people make it great.

    Cons

Same as every job--you work hard. But accounts can be rewarding depending on which office you work in..

I have been working at Catapult Marketing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are a nearly infinite number of different opportunities to drive your clients' business, help shape the agency, and contribute to the culture of the organization. The agency's leaders are hands on and looking to do big things. Access to resources and opportunities to participate in broader initiatives through the parent company Epsilon open up additional doors.

    Cons

Like many agencies, work-life is a major challenge, especially as the agency runs lean. Given the significant number of changes over the past few years, the organization is still digesting those and getting "re-settled."

    I worked at Catapult Marketing

    Pros

Engaging teams, friendly atmosphere, great snacks, managers very willing to mentor and help nurture your career interests

    Cons

Due to recent changes in the company and parent company, Catapult is definitely in a transitioning phase (which is not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of)
