Pros
Great group of talented people
Cons
Seems to have lost it's way under Epsilon. Once was a great company with a great reputation. Epsilon totally screwed it up and doesn't know what to do with the agencies they bought. Ruined a good thing! The CEO retired last year and it's now run by an egomaniac out of Chicago that is phony as can be.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Catapult Marketing full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Great coworkers, Alliance Data (parent company of parent company) has great benefits though those may change with new sale.
Cons
Catapult used to be a really great company with a great culture, leadership, and vision. Now: Poor high-level management by Epsilon (Paul Kramer is listed as CEO on glassdoor, but he's no longer with the company; all Catapult senior leadership is gone now). Layoffs every quarter. Completely understaffed on Project Management, Production, and Creative teams. Epsilon is being bundled up for sale on auction mid-2019. Maybe things will improve in a year, or maybe they'll get worse. Hard to know, unsure on vision for the company.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Catapult Marketing full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great CPG clients and culture with unlimited PTO (amazing benefits). Part of Alliance Data (parent company) and Epsilon agency.
Cons
leadership can be siloed. Growing pains of merger & acquisitions. Layoffs and outsourcing digital production creative projects to office in India.
