Pros

Nice lunch, lots of freedom due to lack involvement and knowledge by management. Nice salary.

Cons

No vision. No strategy. Every week there is a new view on how to do things from management. Nothing gets done. And managers are not qualified.

Pros

The company takes care of their employees very well, my cousin has been with the company for almost 5 years and seeing how well his doing with the company I decided to apply too, they always have this company outings, they have company movie nights at the theater every month and a lot more, they actually follow the silicon valley style. Office is kind-a silent during work hours but during breaks everybody just gets along, chit-chatting over free snacks. This company is great for professional development as the people here are also very good in their respective fields so you can really learn alot through your peers here. The office is simple but is really nice, most people would stay at the office for longer hours than necessary.

Cons

There isn't really any cons to working with caresharing they always put their employees well-being first, only problem is parking.
