I have been working at Care UK full-time

    Pros

    Regular hours, enough holiday hours

    Cons

Management unapproachable, don't listen to you when you do talk to them. Constantly understaffed in department, despite national pandemic (not enough cleaners to actually do the job properly) and refuse to hire more. Staff going off for inane reasons and not being held responsible, staff that continue to work and cover for others not appreciated, just expected to do so despite affecting mental and physically health. Other care homes may be better, but this is my experience with mine.
