I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good culture
    Relatively better Employee satisfaction
Not very particular about things like dress code and time spent in office provides deliverables are met ( It could vary from project to project )

    Cons

Not very critical but just like any services based IT company too many managers
Annual Compensation revision is little complex and opaque ! - But again it could be same everywhere

    Advice to Management

Company moving in good direction, but minor suggestion is that we could invest more on training resources and building skill within the organisation

I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Quite friendly project atmosphere (Depends on P2P), Onsite opportunities are there but again depends on P2P

    Cons

    - Salary hike is avg 4% and 10% in case of promotions with highest rating
    - A Heavy head organization and same follows in project level as well (In a typical Project of 100 FT, more than 50% are managers)
    - No benefit if you are not a manager
    - Policies are too bad. During onsite visits you may surely get lower than than minimum wage set at the country and you can do nothing with it
    - HRs are rare flowers

    Advice to Management

    Increase salary hike
    Keep transparency in appraisal process
