I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A very good culture and a great work/live balance compared to other consultancies. Plenty of exciting work for some amazing clients. If you work hard and show that you care you will go a long way in Capgemini.

    Cons

It's the same with all large consultancies - you need to work on the project that meets business priorities. Therefore, you will not always be able to get the opportunity to follow the path/technology that you wish. However, if you stick at it, you usually get to where you want to be.

    Advice to Management

Need to focus a bit more on internal processes to streamline these more. Quite often this is the biggest frustration. A lot of work has been done, but there is more to do.
