Pros
Excellent retirement plan and benefits. Good central location in downtown Toronto. Lots of restaurant choices for lunch. Close to Eaton Centre for shopping.

Very hierarchical organization with constant re-orgs. Shuffling people around to different teams and constantly changing direction on initiatives is the norm. Very toxic environment/ bullying by so-called Leadership team. Stay away!!!

Cancer Care Ontario has some really great people doing the work. It's in a good spot downtown. Hard to come up with more pros.

Wow.. not sure where to start. This place is one of the worst places I have ever worked in. Toxic environment. Regular firings, with the only people surviving are the ones that are best at backstabbing. This, of course, enables the toxic environment.
