reorganizing org. structure every 6 mths that your role/dept is constantly evaluated. As much as good pension is given. what's overlooked is the high turnover rate/layoffs due to constant reorganizing structure to redefine Ontario health. now managers regularly looking at justifying dept mandates and roles every 6 mths from politics and funding justification.
