Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Canadian Tire full-time for less than a year
Pros
1- Fixed hours I could not find anything else
Cons
1- some employees and managers are racist 2- they hire employees for a full-time position, but they lay them off before three months (take advantage of the employees. you can choose to work there just because it is full-time and you have guaranteed hours, but in fact, you are just seasonal for them) 3- salary is terrible (minimum wage) 4- no discount or any benefit for employees

Pros
There is zero pros to working here.
Cons
Management is the most unorganized group of people I have ever met. Each manager wants you to do the opposite of another so you are always in trouble with at least one because they don't talk between managers. Minimum wage with almost no pay increases. They tell you to tell a customer one thing and then when the customer asks for a manager the customer will get their way 99.99% of the time making the employee look like they don't know what they're talking about.
