      Good Work - Horrible People/Culture

      Pros

There is a lot of opportunity around the customer data Salary is ok/decent If you are in the industry, there is no surprises on how operations work, change in ruling stakeholders from Merch to Data

      Cons

Nepotism and Favouratism is rampant through the organization. If you are White - apply! you will get the role! If you are coloured, you will get the role, but be happy with the current role... Lots of supply chain issues - long hours Lots of data issues - long hours If you are supporting the business directly, your salary pay will not justify the hours worked unless you are in a stream that can get OT. They hired a coloured woman to help them create a 'Diversity & Inclusion' framework... that was over a year ago and there has been no changes. Majority of senior leaders at VP and above are white. They sprinkle in the occasional coconut, but that is for optics. Huge on office politics, which is normal at places, but this... wow... Honestly, the company isn't that bad... if you are white.
