Lots of networking opportunities and learning opportunities. Learned and enjoyed work a lot during my time. Managers can be hit or miss, thankfully I had a great manager and encouraged me alot to grow and learn

Canadian Natural is a good place to start your carreer. It is still developing which will give you lots of opportunities to improve. It has generous vacations time and it provides a secured job.
Cons
There is no standard practice accross the company. One division may execute the project with totally different approach than others. But this is expected as the company is still growing.

Good company environment and work function. A lot of room for growth and opportunity. Offer good mentorship from Senior staff.

Junior staff. Not really innovators. Low company profile. No gym provided. People left often and they could not keep senior staff.
