    Pros

    Cons

Management doesn’t know how to manage a diverse group of people. Hours can be harsh. No communication from the bottom up accepted. Executives claim to know it all but make juvenile decisions that a first year maintenance person makes. Company performance matrix is fixed for public and shareholder consumption. Safety is overlooked in many aspects, even though they have several processes and matrix in place to appear safety is a major concern. Fraud, waste, and abuse of funding for parts.
