    My Experience at Canada Drives

Jan 20, 2021 - Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Vancouver, BC

    Pros

Everyone is super friendly, accepting, and approachable! Love to have fun even while we're hard at work.

    Cons

Takes a long time to get used to things(talking to customers) due to every customer having their own experiences and it's hard for trainers to train people in that aspect. Have to have a good mentality and confidence to accept those customers, but it comes with time and experience throughout the job.

    Pros

-Great coworkers -good positive and welcoming environment -managers are not overbearing at all and put a lot of trust in us - Learned some skills that can help later on in life - benefits! - breakfast and lunch is provided - team outings

    Cons

pay could be a little better - since management does put a lot of trust in us, there are a lot of expectations to withhold. - although there is a system in place to move up the corporate ladder, it is not clear; lack of organization

    Pros

Lots of room for growth and movement into different departments

    Cons

Very unhealthy environment, you feel targeted, managment is dishonest and is emotionally abusive. Feels like your in high school and not the most professional staff. Everyone seems to be able to be hired..

    Great place to work

Feb 27, 2020 - Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, BC

    Pros

One of the best things the best things about working here is the people. There is such a diverse group of people and everyone is super friendly and willing to help. They will also reward you well for working hard. I have been here 9 months and have worked in 3 different departments as my work and my attitude got me noticed. There is so many opportunities and departments that you can easily work your way up the company, or find something that fits you.

    Cons

There is a lot expected of you, and it is sometimes a very demanding place to work, but if you are willing to put that work in then they will look after you.
