    Our team works together really well, and we make it a fun environment. Management cares about your success and likes to promote within the company. If you're willing to make an effort and go above expectations you'll have no issues succeeding here.

    Sometimes the amount of work can be challenging, but with communication and a daily plan to stay on course we always get it done .

    Office environment is fun and energetic.

    Cons

    - No moral or ethical consideration in dealing with clients. - Underpaid/overworked - Not only are you expected to religiously follow a script, but even some of the managers are using scripts to manage their teams.

    Everything else Bad attitudes, bad morale, I’d feel dirty coming out of the place. I’m fairly tough when it comes to jobs and I lasted a week. Far and away the worst job I’ve ever had

    I have been working at Canada Drives full-time

    Pros

    One of the reasons I was so thankful for this company was their willingness to adapt to different circumstances. One being that since the pandemic I have still had my full time job and being able to continue to keep my lively hood during this very stressful time of the pandemic.

    Cons

    Sometimes uncertainty and change can be stressful but we all try our best to work around it!
