Pros
Our team works together really well, and we make it a fun environment. Management cares about your success and likes to promote within the company. If you're willing to make an effort and go above expectations you'll have no issues succeeding here.
Cons
Sometimes the amount of work can be challenging, but with communication and a daily plan to stay on course we always get it done .

One of the reasons I was so thankful for this company was their willingness to adapt to different circumstances. One being that since the pandemic I have still had my full time job and being able to continue to keep my lively hood during this very stressful time of the pandemic.
