      Pros

There is nothing positive I can relate about this company

      Cons

The job consists of aggressive sales over the phone. Every call they expect you to close the deal. If you didn’t try hard enough to close it and let a customer offf the phone to “easily” you would be subject to get roasted. 7:30 to 4 on the phone and your expected to have high energy from the start of shift to the end of shift. They treat you like robots. They are happy if you Get them deals. And if you don’t have anything coming the pressure builds on you. It’s a very stressful job. Hearing “what’s coming” every 5mins have to be the most annoying thing ever. Hitting Call time is a must even if your fixing your own docs done and sending it back out. To mention- you do have to go on break if doing that in which it can take Time fixing up applications. However, Management does not see it that way. No room for advancement whatsoever unless management loves you or your kissing their butts. If they dislike you- you would never succeed to a higher role. Mgt are very Bias. Place is a high school-gossip/rumor get Spread like a wild fire

      Pros

Really cool games room in the auto-building and free lunch on the sales floor. If you are top-tier at sales your commission is uncapped and take home can be very high. Better higher level compensation than other sales jobs.

      Cons

They do not always pay overtime. Work expected on Saturdays, Sundays if necessary to hit target. Long hours. Very pushy, work-life balance is NOT a priority for management (all levels).

the pay is good if you work hard for your money. They start you on base salary and you are paid bonus to achieve your goals. They have a very competitive team while supporting the success of others.

      Cons

cons would be that there are long hours if you aren't very organized with your leads and contacts, you will need to work harder to learn the ropes
