      Pros

Great workplace flexibility as I've noticed there are quite a few co-workers that have been able to easily manage working full time while still pursuing their studies. We're doing the job where are generally very independent and we aren't micromanaged too much. The pricing analyst team has been supportive of each other and generally working with the purchasing analysts has been fairly smooth and understanding.

      Cons

Constantly changing procedures that may be disruptive to those used to the same routines. Although the basic principals of the work are the same the work could get repetitive at times. Depends whether you like it, working remote is quite solitary at times.

      Pros

Familiar environment, fun place, very flexible work conditions, amazing work culture and one of the most inclusive and diverse companies I have ever worked with.

      Cons

Changes and controls can be difficult to implement because everybody is laser focused on only their own work. Resources like time and people are scarce. It's hard to see the big strategic picture

      Pros

Overall they've got a great workplace culture and a lot of people that are a ton of fun to be around and work with. Everyone is really friendly from the management to the other CSRs and they're all eager to help out and make sure new agents are comfortable. Management is generally promoted internally as well, so you can be sure that your supervisors have a deep understanding of everything required in your role

      Cons

Pretty fast-paced work environment so you'll be busy, but the time will fly by
