    Pros

The co-workers are very nice and there is a nice company culture. Interaction between team mates and even managers can feel more like friendly banter which helps make the environment more welcoming and relaxed. Managers also help you out when you are falling behind.

    Cons

The job itself can be a bit grindy.

    Pros

Great Breakfast Lunch set up. Managers are all very nice. Coworkers were supportive

    Cons

The quota you are supposed to hit is maintained regularly by maybe 4 of the 30+ sales staff on the floor. They expect you to work 12+ hours a day 6 days a week with hardly any breaks. Eventually after doing this for months and not even getting close to hitting a bonus I realized I was only making like $7 an hour. Even if I hit my bonus it would only be like $10 an hour. If you are willing to work this many hours you'll probably make twice as much money flipping burgers or mopping floors. Worth it if you can make it to Senior Sales and hit your numbers consistently but very few can.

I have been working at Canada Drives full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you're looking to gain experience and improve your sales performance this is the perfect company for that. One of the big reasons is because the managers are willing to work closely with you to help you improve on a day to day basis. There is so much room for opportunity at Canada Drives so you can build a career within the company. There are team events so you can interact and get to know your co-workers which makes the environment feel very family oriented. Hard work always pays off at this company, the harder you work the better your compensation is.

    Cons

It can be very fast paced and can be a big workload especially if your inexperienced which is why you have to be able to take constructive criticism in order to improve.

I have been working at Canada Drives full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Been working at Canadadrives for about a year now (The longest I have worked in a field like this) and I can easily say that that if you plan on looking for a professional environment where you can dictate your income based on numbers YOU produce than this would be the perfect place for you. The workplace is never dull with ever changing music and company activities. One of the things that have kept me here so long is the networking you can build being around so many people who over achieve in many different avenues of their lives. I would strongly suggest this place to any driven individual.

    Cons

There isn't really anything I can think of off the top of my head. The only thing I would say some people will find as a Con is that if you plan on slacking around and making easy money than this isn't the place for you. But I think that goes with any work place better than an entry level role.
