    Pros

Extensive sales and marketing techniques to learn from the best salespeople in the company. CanAm roadshows is a very fun company to work at. You get weekly bonuses and perks if you consistently hit your goals. It also gives the opportunity to the top performers to travel to the USA every 4 months. CanAm Roadshows has a very satisfactory compensation structure.

    Cons

CanAm Roadshows has employees with an entrepreneur mindset. It is perfect for people who are willing to accept challenges and are dedicated to becoming entrepreneurs and own their own business in future.

Every week you work in different stores which are in the GTA region so commuting will be a problem. No steps are taken to improve employee motivation. Very mismanaged as well.

    Pros

Adequate training, friendly environment, easy to get hired, and promotion comes very easily, there is free parking. There is really nothing much to say

    Cons

Promotion comes with more responsibility with no financial reward, sales reps are over laboured e.g cleaning warehouse and off loading new merchandise without pay, fire employees when they not making sales, send employees to far locations without paying for travel time nor car mileage, as a sales rep you transport your merchandise to your location yourself, management treats you like kids, and have no respect for its employees, poor organizational structure
