People and work/Life balance is very good. Company is open to new ideas if well presented to directors. Recent decision to invest in a CRM and Marketing Automation system was welcomed. New senior directors are ambitious and keen to take the company in a new direction.
Cons
Very slow to adapt to new practices and markets. No path to promotion during my employment, although this might change with new management.
