Pros
Some of the good things about working at CIBC World Markets are the great location and valuable experience. Also, if you're not a trader, work-life balance is decent.
Cons
Very little to no training is provided, and compensations seems to be lower than comparable banks. There sees to be a relatively high turnover as well.
