    Outdated system, inefficient validation process, can’t work with Imperial Service clients(even our own sourced) after 24months

    Great group of people on my team
    Direct management is great
    Fairly flexible, with WFH when needed
    LOTS to learn, and a lot of opportinity for growth. The bank really encourages internal moves.

    Upper-senior management sometimes is disconnected
    Pay isn't up to standard with other banks
