CGI Employee Reviews about "work environment"

Could someone suggest how good it is to accept the counter offer from your current employer in response to your resignation. Recently I sent a resignation mail to CGI after a job offer from TCS with almost 65% increment, in response to my resignation my manager has offered me a counter offer with slightly more salary than what TCS is offering me. A suggestion from someone who has/had experienced the similar situation would be highly appreciated.

Hi Team, I joined CGI on August, I am still in bench, I am afraid whether i get laid off. Its been more than 2 months i am still in bench. My manager and all they busy doing there work. I am still filling timesheet as inbetween assignments, Actually i am bit worried. Can you please give some insight whether i need to to stay in CGI or move from CGI. Please suggest.

Hi, my current company is CGI Overall IT experience is 5 year 10 Months I am offered an opportunity with Unify technologies where in I am supposed to work for Apple client at client's location. Current CTC 14.5 LPA Offered CTC 22 LPA Is this a good one...package wise I am really happy but not sure about the company. please suggest

Got an offer from CGI, but see a lot of people on here look down on the company. Would I be making a mistake taking the offer? It is a 20% bump in base salary from my current firm which is another t3 company.
