CF Industries is a great place to work. If you take time to learn the different work processes (not talking about the manufacturing process) and take time to meet the people you will be set. The culture is great. People are friendly, and the site is small enough that you could meet most of the employees. There is a lot of work, and sometimes it isn't easy to work based on priorities. However, as long as you ask questions and communicate, you will be fine. You will have the opportunity to bring new ideas, and if there are good, it will be implemented. Management is open to listening to anyone.
Cons
Depending on your role, the workload could be heavy. Shift work is not for everyone. However, the operator's pay is great. If you are salary, outage and turnarounds hours are more difficult as there is no compensation for working extra hours. The location could be difficult for someone not used to small towns.
