    Pros

    There were fun people to work with, great training opportunities , good experience for future careers.

    Cons

    Lack of vertical movement, no clear path towards your career. Management style will throw you off at times.

    I worked at CEMEX (USA) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The position gives you great experience in Inside Sales with good sales training.

    Cons

    The lead management team is lackluster in creating leads based on the regions each employee has been assigned. The upper management is also not sure as to where the department is headed since they change policy every other month.

    Benefits, pay and atmosphere are great. You must be willing to do the work and take on more areas outside your job and you will be noticed and recognized.

    Cons

    Work life balance leaves much to be desired.

    I have been working at CEMEX (USA) for more than a year

    Pros

    Decent pay for entry level career.

    Cons

    No direct hire. Must go through agency first. No increase upon going permanent, although agency said there would be. Position was oversold to hiring agencies by CEMEX. No commission structure.

    They allow you to have a Flexible Work Schedule. I am overall happy with the way management is running the company..

    Cons

    I think they should have better pay and they need to have better incintives to make employees want to work harder.
