    Pros

    Management has a high turn over rate. Change is the only thing certain about the company. If things are not great, stick around because it will change.

    Cons

    You work like there is no tomorrow. Hispanic bosses -micro managers, control freaks. Just different culture and work environment as compared to an American owned company.

    Pros

    The position gives you great experience in Inside Sales with good sales training.

    Cons

    The lead management team is lackluster in creating leads based on the regions each employee has been assigned. The upper management is also not sure as to where the department is headed since they change policy every other month.

    Pros

    Hopefully your plant group are great peole, mine were.

    Cons

    Sleep deprivation, endless requests for information they can get themselves, lack of relationships btwn upper management and opetations, lots of PhD's, no operational experience
