      Stable, you more or less know what to expect. Colleagues are nice and well meaning

      Cons

      Management does not listen to staff and will double down on bad ideas. They say they will "stop patching" and continue to do it for years while claiming "they just didn't know" something was a problem

      - Health insurance - Co-workers are nice (There are exception)

      Cons

      - Stressful - Always have to do more - Almost no advancement - Overtime / No stable schedule - Feeling like you are just patching some blank spot on schedule - No recognition - Working hours - Management is bad, really bad - Does not respect the collective covention established

      Great coworkers, fun job, good benefits and office atmosphere.

      Cons

      Extremely hard to grow. Impossible to get raise. Small group of employees do most of the work while others coast.
