I’m wondering if I’m waiting on a third person for the hiring process. I’ve been thinking. I was contacted by the recruiter (a phone interview) then an in person interview with HR director who offered the job with a pay rate and start date. It’s been a few days and I did send a thank you letter. . . Job hunting is becoming a long process.

How do you deal with micromanagers..esp ones that do not have any kind of degree in leadership? Controlling schedules to where providers aren't allowed to move patients or even talk to front desk when double scheduling?
