    I worked at Bruegger's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I just want to read the reviews of my own company. I worked at Brueggers in the year 2000. I worked at the busiest location, in Edina off France. The Bagels are good. The pay was pretty good.

    Cons

Everyone I know who's worked there has a scar on their non-dominant hand from slicing it with the knife. The bagels are HOT when fresh and burn your hands when you grab them. The company did zero to promote teamwork. It would have been more cool if everyone got to do every job, but I was a young high-schooler and never piped up any ideas myself.

    Advice to Management

I would say prevent burns and scars, but I've noticed that their employees now where gloves that do protect them from that. Way to go! Bring back the Thai Peanut sauce!!! My friends and I stopped going there when they got rid of that sauce. It used to be a regular place for all of us as well as my family members. the club sandwich was killer too. Bring back the original chicken Tarragon salad. Bring back all the reliable good stuff or get more artisanal.

    Pros

Brueggers has great food and their employees are tipped fairly.

    Cons

A few of my co-workers took short cuts to make their jobs easier for themselves. Also, I have witnessed a co-worker saying slurs in refference to other co-workers.

    I worked at Bruegger's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere, they really care about customers, out of work by 6 at the latest good benefits to full-time employees, easy to become shift supervisor.

    Cons

Long shifts, store had old equipment that we constantly asked for upgrades and never got, working both drive thru and in store was difficult with register system, store manager was great by regional managers never did squat for their stores. Pay was low for fast food

    Advice to Management

Upper management really needs to help their stores possess the ability to give out the best quality product and to do so they need to give stores the most updated and efficient equipment.
