I agree with others. Not a good culture. There are so many unhappy employees at all levels and like others said I would be weary of HR and some managers. You’ll get low balled on salary and they’ll try to push the benefit package.

Good pay and benefits for a smaller company. You'll certainly be stretched and do things outside your comfort zone.

Endless pointless meetings. A toxic culture starting at the very top. No cooperation between the companies and it is designed that way on purpose to maintain control at the top. They will saddle you with all kinds of responsibilities but give you none of the latitude or discretion to achieve what you need to in order to succeed. Those who remain long-term are those who are getting paid enough to suffer through the degrading behavior by management or support staff who are willing to toe the company line. Nothing at the company is ever about what is best for the employee - they will use people until they are no longer useful to the company and then discard them.

Pros

The ability to think for yourself. Managers would be there to support you when needed but let you figure things out on your own. Aggressive when they need to be.

Cons

Compensation was sub par for the work load that is required from you. Shop/yard was completely dysfunctional. Equipment was getting up in age and needed replaced. Was behind the 8 ball with technology compared to competitors.
