Pros

made great friends, get to borrow clothes on shift, decent discount, fun super easy work, everyone you work with is around your age and probably similar to you in interests, time off requests always approved and worked around your schedule

Cons

visuals didn't get paid more but they did much more work, supervisors barely get paid more for much more responsibility and work, head office was standoffish, can have drama, hire too young, can be superficial, will hire anyone as long as they are a "Brandy Girl" (aka pretty).

Only teenage females are employed creating endless drama behind the scenes Long hours Poor communication between leads and in store models

- Head Office was barely deserving of the name - always changes policies - terrible product/material
