    Pros

    Interesting and growing field (customer marketing & loyalty). A innovative and fast paced workplace. If you are a go-getter and always want to take on more - the opportunities are limitless. If you are looking for a job you can coast by in, this may not be the right for for you. Senior management is very transparent which is a breath of fresh air. New hires over the last year(from all levels) are bringing some great fresh thinking. I’m excited for the future of the business.

    Cons

    Bond cares about it’s employees but clients always come first. I’m on the fence on whether this is a reality of the agency world or if Bond needs to rebalance their balancing act. The company is scrappy, “do more with less” is a common theme. It would be nice for once to be able to “do more with more”. Top performers are piled on and are extremely busy as they are the ones who have shown the ability to drive success in projects. Ironically, by making these people always fight fires we deprive the company from using its best thinkers to move the business forward purposefully and with strategy. Asking them to do both is madness.

    Pros

    This organization has an incredible sense of community and fantastic culture. It’s a collaborative, approachable and friendly work environment that helps people grow from within- You can have a long career here if you want it. They actually care about their people and how they responded during covid with transparent communication is a great example of that. Leadership decided to pay half of the bonuses for next year, which helped so many of us get through this challenging time. What other company has done that?

    Flex hours, great executive team, innovative technology. Executives understand that investing in technology is important for the future growth and success of the company. Lots of cool tech work from migrating platforms to the cloud to building POCs to test out new technologies.

    Remote work enablement, lots of online events

    Cons

    Almost like positively toxic, if you bring up the issues you are toxic. Deal with the problem. Turn over is a reflection of inability of middle managers to support and mentor people. It is too stressful and chaotic in most of the teams. There were employees who resigned with or without a new job. That tells you something. No one person knows how entire systems work. Value your employee by truly supporting them in the area where they need to be supported . There are a lot of job openings because those are the.positions that were eliminated anyways . People are overworked we need a good project manager in every project. It takes too long to get things done because employees are handling to many things at the same time. Fix the issue. Employees need to keep upto date in their field , otherwise they will not keep up with innovations.

    Pros

    The company really cares about their people and the benefits are good! There is also a lot of trust in the business, the independence is important to doing great work. Their culture is super positive and very social, even during the pandemic they have figured out ways to keep all employees engaged.

    Cons

    The projects are fast paced, so there is a learning curve when joining, but the people are great and there are lots of resources to tag.
