    Pros

    Great culture & benefits (the culture truly cannot be replicated and is in the heart of everything we do)
    An organization that promotes performance based recognition (yes we work hard.. we're an extremely high output (high energy :) ) organization)
    Ambitious, engaging and rewarding agency culture (work hard, play hard)
    Places significant emphasis on people

    Cons

    Work life balance (not saying it's a negative necessarily but more so those who truly thrive in and embrace the culture likely have a different definition of work life balance :) )
    Too many meetings (best intentions and I have confidence that we're continuing to work through best/most effective way to work/deliver while balancing optimal productivity and efficient communication)

    Pros

    Colleagues are great to work with. free parking spots, lots of parties events, standard benefits, subsidized cafeteria (great cook) , CEO is approachable , give to charity

    Cons

    Career path is not defined, promotion , recognition and awards are based on your popularity among senior management, outdated software tools because of limited budget, operations don't seem to know what they are doing, a lot of great "doers" who honestly cared about staff are resigning , no defined process, employees has to enter XX% of billable hours which resulting in employees entering unrealistic number of hours caused by manual processes , seem to practice nepotism

    Advice to Management

    Bond will need a change management expert to actually lead the change to an outdated way, there are promising plan to change but we need leaders with better qualification to get the job done by inspiring us , to lead by setting us a good example with transparency and honesty. Action speaks louder than the words.

    Close to home.
    Non leadership people are great.

    Cons

    Over worked.
    Grossly underpaid.
    People with limited skills or experience in positions they would never be in elsewhere.
    No such thing as equal pay.

    I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The single most magnificent point that stands out about BOND is its people. I was introduced to the company by a friend who was working here. All she said to me was, come see for yourself. From the moment I walked in, up to now (6 months in as a full-time employee), the people that work here never ceases to amaze me. They are not only intelligent and outgoing, they love their job. You can feel the vibe, the culture, the connection that everyone has within the company. Seriously, the events that you get to enjoy, the callouts, the fun conversations, the memories. That makes Bond. I honestly can say that I do not expect to find a company with a more fun, engaging, and exciting culture to work for.

    Cons

    Yes, the company is located in Mississauga. To most, it might be in the middle of nowhere. BUT, the company does own the building. Still I really wish I was working on Bay street. Oh well, you can't have everything.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work, allow for more advancement opportunities. Invest on your millennials. They will power your company for many years to come (if you get to keep them for that long)

    In my position, no work-life balance. Resources are not appropriately allocated.

    Advice to Management

    With the understanding that cost is to be taken into consideration, resources need to be given to teams to ensure everyone enjoys work-life balance and avoid burn-out.

    help your team!! many times team members were carrying such a heavy load and weight while management was out trying to get other business. how about you help your team with the work load before trying to bring more business on. so greedy and money hungry

    I worked at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time

    Pros

    Locations was close to home. Pay was decent. Interesting object oriented systems employing leading edge technologies.

    Cons

    -given complicated systems, the "Technical Leaders" werent that tech savy and stressed out over their own work as they probably dont qualify to be in the position they are in
    -Unprofessional treatment towards developers by the senior technical team due to incompetence when developers were better at what they do compared to these "senior" tech leaders
    -False accusations made due to insecurity
    -senior tech people unwilling to teach or train once again due to insecurity as all they have is what they have as they are unable to learn
    -Toxic environment as they are not placing the right tech staff into leading positions turning development political

    Advice to Management

    Systems are complicated, so it is hard to hire people with the capacity to handle them. Once you get someone that can handle it, you have to maintain it by understanding how good technically each individual in the team is instead of assuming if the person had worked there for a long time.
