      Pros

      - If you're ambitious about growing your career, Bond is a great choice - Opportunity to get involved with different clients and different projects across functions - Tons of cross-functional networking opportunities to learn about marketing strategy and implementation at all levels of customer engagement - Flexible vacation policy & Generous pay structure (this year everybody got 125% of their bonuses) - Really fun culture - coming to this job from another agency job I was surprised how much Bond likes to celebrate. I've only been with Bond since its been virtual and even still I feel really well connected to my colleagues at a personal level. - Opportunities to participate in conferences, hackathons, etc. In my experience, Bond is really invested in the growth and reputation of its employees within the industry

      Cons

      - Bond is in a state of implementing a new strategy and is growing the analytics and tech side of business - sometimes things can be ambiguous - Like any client-facing organization, the work is project-based and ebbs and flows in terms of workload

A well intentioned agency in an exciting field

      Pros

Interesting and growing field (customer marketing & loyalty). A innovative and fast paced workplace. If you are a go-getter and always want to take on more - the opportunities are limitless. If you are looking for a job you can coast by in, this may not be the right for for you. Senior management is very transparent which is a breath of fresh air. New hires over the last year(from all levels) are bringing some great fresh thinking. I’m excited for the future of the business.

      Cons

Bond cares about it’s employees but clients always come first. I’m on the fence on whether this is a reality of the agency world or if Bond needs to rebalance their balancing act. The company is scrappy, “do more with less” is a common theme. It would be nice for once to be able to “do more with more”. Top performers are piled on and are extremely busy as they are the ones who have shown the ability to drive success in projects. Ironically, by making these people always fight fires we deprive the company from using its best thinkers to move the business forward purposefully and with strategy. Asking them to do both is madness.

      Pros

they say long leaves, but not sure.

      Cons

can't really see one specially the way they handled COVID -19 situation. They took this as an opportunity to let go people Most ppl left, few of the teams vanished no leaves benefits treats human like machines in the name of digital automation seriously , under qualified people leads you , difficult to make them understand the difference of real time and reel time hours tracker is problem, stops people from helping each other. more of individual task than teamwork they want you to know everything else pack your bags to leave

Missing career planning and mentorship and it is all about the profit

      Apr 16, 2021 - Specialist

      Pros

      - working from home - dental benefit is good - RRSP matching - EAP program (you will need it!) - fast promotion from manager up Great perks for those who is in this level - listed from best place to work - 31st place down from 23 last year, not sure if this should be celebrated

      Cons

Here is my honest feedback. Those who plan to work for Bond please read. - Everyone is overworked, there is no mentorship specially in small teams who doesn't bring in the money aka shared services - During the covid last year they reduce a lot of pay for most people below managerial position hopefully it will not happen again. When the economy got a little better, a lot of these employees got to find a better job or form their own business, so lots of turnover ! - This in turn make the condition at work not so good because there are teams that are all new who are in the dark on how the systems actually work . More will resign because the work environment is disorganized . - Managers doesn't care match about your career , because they are dealing with putting out fires daily - They hire a lot of young managers who doesn't have a clue how to manage people . They ask you to do a list and give you more work once it is done. Then they get promoted quickly Great leaders they said. It is all about quantity in this company not the quality of work. - The performance rating is there because they need one for great place to work requirement However no one actually reads this performance rating . I doubt that managers actually take the time to help anyone experience great career in Bond. This is not a place for career growth except those senior leadership pet who are in the club! - technology is old and everything is done manually and without proper planning and process it is chaotic and no structure, if you can't work in a matrix environment dont work in Bond because you will be miserable. Very disorganized! - If you come from organization that is organise , it will be a total shock in this company. - There is no culture of learning , IT needs an overhaul / overworked , and there are people in there that should be fired and honestly dont know what they are doing , hire more people with can do attitude with desire to continuously learn !

      Pros

Opportunity to learn, start-up culture. Interact with good people especially on the creative team and coffee chat with CEO

      Cons

No work-life balance. Mentorship and tech leadership missing. Slow to promote unless essential. Still trying to build an employee appraisal process though has been in market for long time.

      Great experience so far

      Pros

      - Challenging work. - You get to work and collaborate with intelligent people from different backgrounds. There is always a chance to learn from each other (if you have the time). - My manager is competent and cares about her employees. - Good growth opportunities. - Good benefits. - Good handling of onboarding new employees during Covid-19.

      Cons

      - There is duplication of work and responsibilities between departments/ teams - it always seems like someone is reinventing the wheel. I'll chalk that up to Covid-19 impacting communication.
