    Pros

    Bond is committed to a fantastic employee culture Bond does a great job of communicating internally with monthly All Employee Meetings and many other opportunities Bond is growing at a rapid pace and celebrates and recognizes all teams success through many different cultural events

    Cons

    With rapid growth often comes resourcing and process/delivery issues. It's great to see how Bond is so quickly committing to resolving these issues.

    Advice to Management

    Keep asking and listening to your employees at all levels. We've seen so much positive change in the past few months.

    Pros

    Bond is a place to work with amazing people to work with at all levels; kind, good hearted, smart people. Work hard and play hard culture where teamwork is key. Building bonds with people is how you succeed at Bond - (it's not favourtism) it's how you learn, grow, have fun and get the most out of your job. Bond is an exciting growing company where employee feedback is valued, heard and actioned. Because of that there is alot of change - which can have its challenges - but is also very exciting to be a part of. The company events and perks like an onsite gym are really appreciated. Flexible vacation policy, working hours and location (ie. Work from home some days) are great options available to employees. The fact that there are many employees here celebrating 10 to 25 year anniversaries says alot.

    Sometimes things are so fast paced with lots of changes leading to inconsistency and employee frustration. Large variances in employee experience based on which team you're on and who your manager is.

    Advice to Management

    Change is great but we need to slow down the pace of change. Lots to learn as a new employee and adapt to ad a seasoned employee. Give time to adopt, master and perfect before adding more changes. Focus on creating a network of inspiring leaders/managers. Managers have such a huge affect on employees - they should be advocates, coaches and cheerleaders for each of their employees.

    Sometimes hours can be long but that’s part of what you expect in this industry Some areas need to be improved in terms of tech, tools and the knowledge/ skill set of people who manage Salary increases are not clear in terms of how/when, career pathing to move up etc

    Culture is excellent, the office is very fast-paced and quickly evolving - management and the Senior leadership team are constantly developing solutions and actioning these solutions to resolve issues - the company is growing quickly and it is a fantastic, hardworking, and exciting atmosphere

    long commute - and takes time to figure out the building

    stay the course - the business is growing and with that comes pains - it is clear that you are actively working to change and adapt - it will require hard work, and but satisfying when it will come together

    - With growth, comes growing pains. What got us to this level won’t get us to the next. - More deliberate effort is underway to breaking down silos, that are natural in a matrixed environment but this is taking time

    Unfortunately, there are a lot of negative reviews from people who haven’t had their voice heard via other means. Focus on your leaders, targeting those who are are potentially toxic- not inspiring, listening and emulating the culture on their respective teams.

    Not sure about the pros!

    Cons

    To be honest, I was pretty excited for the opportunity and I received technical assignment to do which I think, I did submitted on time after spending couple hours on it. After submission, it has been more than 6 months and no email from them. Its very disappointing.

    Free parking On site cafe and gym Good location in Mississauga

    Cons

    In the digital department the full-time employees are overworked and underpaid. The developers are forced to put in extra hours without recording them in the time sheet. The boss doctors the time sheet to meet budget requirements. Vacation is cancelled at the last minute for abaurd reasons.

    Please award time off to the developers.

    Pros

    - good experience - not mirco managed - great location for work - great vacation time

    Cons

    - people here are fake - people only care about themselves in this department - managers don't communicate what you can do better, but talk behind your back to others

    Advice to Management

    - They need to be nicer, explain where their team can do better, address issues for people to change - Their attitudes need to be double checked by HR
