    Pros

    Relaxed environment although you are still required to work. Friendly co-workers and
     some Team Leads able to help Member Advocates Customer Satisfaction.

    Cons

    Supervisors who handle the loyalty program. Trying to get accurate information where supervisors say different things.
    Supervisors not willing to speak to angry customers especially when a Member Advocate has exhausted all the options.It's like trying to twist their arm to get on the phone. Although they know is to dress nice, but they can't deliver when it comes to management skill set and development. That is disappointing .Contract work which explains why there are so many openings for Member Advocate jobs because you hire and end the contract. Playing with the number of human beings lives who come to work and are trying to make a living. Is that "Loyalty " for a Company whose part of their name is in their brand.

    Advice to Management

    It's time for all the Supervisors to sit down and have a formal meeting so information communicated to Member Advocate is clear and accurate. The last draw for me at this job was when I got several irrate customers who had not received their SCENE card for over 3 months and when they asked for a supervisor and you asked for them to come to the phone, they won't be available. Poor Supervisor support on this issue. Although the company knows is to dress nice, but when it comes to challenges over the phone they can't educate the Member Advocate how to address this properly to the customer as to why they have no SCENE card and this delay has been going on for over 4 months. The Senior Management is around and knows what's going on I am surprised they are not doing anything. Another thing stop putting people who come and work as a Member Advocate on Contract.
    Is it not all the same job that I am working for someone who is a direct hire??? And having CEO look into this let alone HR. I see
    the comments from HR how they are unhappy to hear this but if you are really unhappy to see the poor grading from previous people who worked here why haven't you investigated the situation prober

    Pros

    A company of 400 talented people who support one another in career growth and skill development. Job titles are just titles - your voice is welcomed not only by your peers and supervisors, but the VPs and the CEO. Everyday at Bond feels like you are part of something so much greater, part of something really exciting.

    Cons

    No more coffee in the cafeteria after 3 - you can bring pods for the machines but then you miss out on the thrill of paying for your coffee.

    Pros

    This company is good for short term for a full time employee. Great culture.

    Cons

    If you're working as Developer you'll never get promoted to team lead as there is no team lead position. All developer report to Manager who is always a non technical person that result into a development style of developer's own choice. So rule is "Get the job done doesn't matter how".

    Developers doesn't get any recognition at all doesn't matter how good are you. Your performance will be reviewed yearly but there will not be further steps to get you to achieve your goal.

    Advice to Management

    Improve the management in Digital Department.

    - Agile methodology; keeps you challenged
    - Utilization of certain skill sets allows you to grow and expand your own knowledge base
    - Always learning about new trends/ideologies that apply to the industry
    - Amazing atmosphere + facilities are better than most other companies
    - My favorite quote is applicable "Limitless potential"
    - PnV is the best HR team I've been in touch with; always willing to work harder to make everyone feel comfortbale

    Cons

    - Some areas are congested in terms of building architecture
    - The coffee is too strong

    Advice to Management

    - Having a closer 'Bond' with your own employees might show a difference; understanding the impacts of client pressure on your teams

    Pros

    - Great interview experience. I met with 3 people and they really were accommodating of my requests to meet early/late in the day. The process was quick and professional.
    - The office environment is fun and energized. Everyone works hard, but also plays hard too.
    - Everyone seems to truly love what they are doing.
    - The team was very welcoming when I started and made me feel at home very quickly.

    Cons

    - It is a fast paced organization so if you aren't someone who likes to be busy all the time it might not be the right fit.
    - For someone used to working in Toronto the location takes some getting used to, but once you know the area there are lots of places that you can get out to on your lunch for food or shopping.
