    I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great clients, smart people and supportive culture Work hard, play hard enviroment with work life balance to balance the fast paced and exciting work (never a dull moment) Great to be a part of a company that is winning and sharing profits with it's employees, paying overachievement!!

    Cons

    Systems keeping up with scale needed for growth but there is progress here

    Advice to Management

    Seek out those who may not in a good place to turn around negativity, they can do more damage than good

      Very flat structure at/above director level. no growth opportunity beyond. Substantially understaffed. Pay is below industry and does not attract best talent.

      Old technologies and architectures. 3 months probation - so no healthcare or other benefits DSP match is after 2 years of employment Vesting period is another 2 years after that.
