I worked at Boeing full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Huge employer with very good benefits and fair pay practices. Tons of resources, tuition reimbursement, excellent 401k, etc.

    Cons

In any huge company there are some great leaders and some awful managers. Be careful to research the specific department and people you will be workin for.

    Advice to Management

Executive leadership can easily lose touch with the work groups. They would be better served to develop trusted advisors from the rank and file to help them better understand which middle managers are worth their weight in gold and which are full of hot air.
